智通财经APP讯，中升控股(00881)发布公告，根据债券的条款及条件、公司与美国纽约梅隆银行有限公司(伦敦)日期为2021年1月13日的信托契约以及公司、受托人、美国纽约梅隆银行有限公司(伦敦)与纽约梅隆银行卢森堡分行就发行债券发行所订立日期为2021年1月13日的代理协议的条款，公司今日公布，其已通知受托人及债券持有人，公司将于2025年8月27日赎回所有未偿还债券，赎回价格为截至选择赎回日期由报价代理根据债券的条款及条件计算的提前赎回价，连同直至(但不包括)选择赎回日期的应计利息。
于2026年到期4.5亿美元年利率3.00%债券，于本公告日期，债券的未偿还本金总额为1.578亿美元。于提早赎回完成后，将不会有任何已发行但未偿还的债券。根据上市规则第37.50条，公司将向香港联合交易所有限公司申请撤销债券上市地位。
