智通财经APP讯，北京汽车(01958)发布公告，于2025年7月25日收市后，公司与深圳安鹏、北汽集团、北汽产投及北汽福田订立合伙协议，据此，公司作为有限合伙人参与合伙企业，并同意出资人民币5亿元。
据悉，合伙企业为北京安鹏科创汽车产业投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)，一家根据中国法律注册成立的有限合伙企业。
公告称，订立合伙协议有助于公司发挥资本运作协同效应，深度融入北汽集团产业链生态，补强产业链关键环节，提升供应链稳定性与成本管控能力;有利于公司创新发展和获取未来竞争优势;亦有利于公司通过投资收益共享行业发展红利，形成良性循环。
