蓝鲸新闻7月25日讯，近日，国家金融监督管理总局贵州监管分局发布了罚单，剑指贵阳农村商业银行股份有限公司、南明支行、艳山红支行、沙文支行及其相关责任人。
罚单显示，贵阳农村商业银行股份有限公司的主要违法违规行为是：逾期90天以上贷款未纳入不良、贷款五级分类不准确。
针对以上问题，国家金融监督管理总局贵州监管分局对其罚款60万元。时任贵阳农村商业银行股份有限公司风险总监陈遵球，被警告。
此外，贵阳农村商业银行股份有限公司南明支行因通过以贷还贷延缓风险暴露，被罚款30万元。该支行风险官邓永良被警告。
贵阳农村商业银行股份有限公司艳山红支行因向不符合条件的客户发放贷款，被罚款30万元。该支行负责人（副行长主持工作）孙肇燃被警告。
贵阳农村商业银行股份有限公司沙文支行因贷款清收不尽职，被罚款30万元。该支行行长吴兴忠被警告。
