2025年7月26日，世界人工智能大会期间，上海将发放智能网联汽车示范运营牌照。届时服务范围将延伸至连接金桥、花木、世博等浦东重要功能片区的中途跨区域接驳网络，用户可体验robotaxi在城市核心板块复杂路况下的中距自主安全通行能力，验证技术在真实城市环境中的应用潜能。

活动还设置了浦东国际机场与上海迪士尼度假区的长途接驳专线，覆盖了重要的交通枢纽及文旅地标，将展示l4级自动驾驶在长距离、多路况、高频次客运服务环节中的稳定性和应用前景，为未来自动驾驶规模化商用提供宝贵的实地运行数据与用户反馈。

在浦东，智能驾驶技术的创新与落地正高速推进：打造10个典型多维数据赋能大模型训练场，为自动驾驶深度学习和算法优化提供强大的数据支撑与训练环境；构建100公里5G-A车联网闭环验证示范路线，在真实复杂的城区交通场景中，验证新一代通信技术与车辆、道路设施的深度融合能力；高标准建设1000公里高级别自动驾驶测试道路，形成全域覆盖、场景丰富的测试环境，为商业化落地提供规模化验证平台。
