未来基金近日迎来了新任能源转型战略负责人—前APA集团的高管Kay Stuart。

尽管《Street Talk》此前曾猜测，澳大利亚唯一的主权财富基金可能会寻求吸引HMC Capital的交易专家Angela Karl，但最终，业内另一位传奇人物Kay Stuart接受了这一职位。

Stuart曾担任APA集团企业发展与投资部门的总经理，并预计将在接下来的几周内辞去职务，加入价值2400亿澳元的未来基金，并在今年年底前履职。据知情人士透露，Stuart此前曾在RBC资本市场的基础设施并购团队担任董事总经理，期间主导了APA集团以约18亿澳元收购Alinta在西澳皮尔巴拉地区的偏远电力资产。此外，她还曾担任能源基础设施投资公司（该公司由丸红株式会社、大阪瓦斯公司和APA集团合资组成）的董事会成员，该公司拥有价值5亿澳元的天然气与电力传输资产。

在加入APA之前，Stuart还在PwC澳大利亚和英国分公司任职。
