7月24日金融一线消息，中国人民银行广西壮族自治区分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，渤海银行南宁分行因违反数据安全管理规定以及未按规定履行客户身份识别义务，被中国人民银行广西壮族自治区分行警告，罚款32.8万元。

　　贺某[时任渤海银行南宁分行网络金融部总经理助理（负责全面工作）]对该分行“未按规定履行客户身份识别义务”的违法行为负责，被罚款 2.4 万元。
