7月26日，中国经营报发表文章称，AI Agent（AI智能体）正成为AI领域的新焦点。OpenAI推出ChatGPT Agent，结合网页交互、深度研究和对话能力，可完成复杂任务，如策划婚礼和安排棒球赛行程。xAI的Grok 4 Heavy引入多智能体协作机制，从多维度拆解问题并输出优化答案。IBM发布企业级通用AI智能体IBM CUGA，能够跨业务场景整合工具并执行复杂任务。此外，零一万物的万智2.0、自猎网的招聘求职AI Agent等也在垂直领域崭露头角。中金公司研报指出，面向C端的通用型Agent和面向B端的垂直场景Agent在市场策略上存在差异，前者注重通用性，后者聚焦于具体场景。Gartner预测，到2027年底，超过40%的AI Agent项目可能因成本、商业价值或风险控制问题被取消，提醒企业谨慎决策。
