智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，7月24日，东风集团股份(00489)股东将股票由港股通(沪)转入花旗银行，转仓市值5.17亿港元，占比4.18%。
东风集团股份发布公告称，于2025年7月16日，公司及东风资产管理与岚图汽车(公司的非全资附属公司，于公告日期，该公司持有其约78.88%的股权)及其他岚图汽车现有股东订立增资协议，内容有关(其中包括)东风资产管理向岚图汽车出资人民币10亿元，以认购岚图汽车约人民币94,966,761元的注册资本。
增资完成后，该公司、东风资产管理及其他股东将分别持有岚图汽车约79.69%、3.30%及17.01%的股权。岚图汽车仍将为公司的附属公司，其财务业绩将继续综合并入公司的财务报表。
