Foresight News 消息，据检察日报报道，犯罪嫌疑人何某等人通过安全审计后上线另一套留有“后门”的项目代码，利用“后门”操控平台数据，将投资者质押的虚拟货币置换转移。短短两个月，103 名投资人损失虚拟货币价值约 7776 万余元。湖北云梦县检察院以诈骗罪提起公诉，法院一审判处何某等 4 人有期徒刑 13 年至 3 年不等，各并处罚金 30 万元至 2 万元。何某上诉，二审法院驳回上诉，维持原判。
