据香港经济日报引述市场消息称，麦当劳计划分阶段全数出售在香港的约23间商铺物业，于今年初已展开部署，并于上周选定一间测量师行作委托。据悉，今次麦当劳的行动只涉及出售物业，麦当劳在香港经营及分店数目将不变。报道称，麦当劳计划首阶段先推出8项商铺标售，并于9月截标，将视乎反应在明年再推出余下商铺。据悉，首阶段的标售大部分为地区一线靓位，包括面积约14,973平方呎的尖沙咀星光地下及地库，以及铜锣湾怡和街46至54号地下至2楼等，初部估算8项铺位合共总值约13.5亿港元。
