智通财经APP讯，SDM教育(08363)发布公告，根据目前审计进展，待与核数师协定的所有审计工作完成后，公司目前预期2024年年度业绩及2024年╱25年中期业绩将分别于2025年9月底或之前刊发。
由于2024年╱25年中期业绩将包含源自2024年年度业绩的具体经审核财务资料，进一步延迟刊发2024年年度业绩公告及延迟寄发2024年年报将难免导致延迟刊发2024年╱25年中期业绩公告及寄发2024年╱25年中期报告。
公司为投资控股公司，其主要附属公司主要(i)于中国香港从事爵士舞及芭蕾舞以及流行音乐舞蹈学院业务;(ii)在中国香港及新加坡经营幼稚园及学前机构;(iii)在中国香港提供吞咽及言语治疗;及(iv)在中国香港提供摄影服务。
于本公告日期，中国香港的业务营运运作如常。集团现时在中国香港多个地区营运19间舞蹈学院中心。鉴于租赁协议及集团的策略性资源重新分配，5间中心已于近月关闭。集团近期已于北区物色到一个新的合适地点并计划于2025年第三季开设一间新中心。此外，集团于中国香港继续经营一间幼稚园，该幼稚园亦维持正常营运。
