【今米房集团(08300.HK)拟透过附属收购南京泽瑞龙祥供应链管理约55%股权】智通财经APP讯，今米房集团(08300.HK)发布公告，董事会谨此宣布，其已批准公司透过公司全资附属公司Fulton Asia Investment
Limited按名义代价人民币1元收购目标公司南京泽瑞龙祥供应链管理有限公司约55%股权的建议。代价乃经参考(i)目标公司的财务资料(基于目标公司所提供最新未经审核财务资料的负债净额状况);及(ii)目标公司的业务前景及本公布下文“建议收购的理由及裨益”所载建议收购事项带来的裨益厘定。于本公布日期，目标公司由海南妙法、南京润皇及黄紫钰(独立第三方)分别持有约62%、约33%及约5%股权。建议收购完成后(自南京润皇收购目标公司约33%股权及自海南妙法收购目标公司约22%股权)，集团将持有目标公司约55%股权，而独立第三方预期将持有余下约45%股权。建议收购完成后，目标公司将成为公司的非全资附属公司，其财务业绩将会综合入账至公司的综合财务报表。
