消息面上，近日，据百奥赛图官微消息，公司宣布与全球肿瘤治疗创新公司百济神州达成抗体分子的全球许可协议。根据协议条款，百济神州将向百奥赛图支付首付款。此外，百奥赛图还将有权获得开发和监管里程碑付款、商业化里程碑付款，以及基于净销售额的特许权使用费。
百奥赛图董事长及CEO沈月雷博士表示：“此次授权的多个抗体分子均源自百奥赛图自主开发的RenMice®全人抗体发现平台，充分展现了我们赋能合作伙伴、加速创新药物开发的能力。我们期待这些极具潜力的抗体分子能够早日推进至临床阶段，为全球患者带来创新治疗方案。”
据介绍，百济神州此前已获得百奥赛图RenMice®全人抗体平台的授权使用许可，本次双方在已建立的良好合作基础上进一步将合作拓展至抗体分子授权许可领域，标志着双方合作的持续深化。
