智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，7月25日，OSL集团(00863)股东将股票存入法国巴黎银行，存仓市值33.02亿港元，占比29.92%。
OSL集团公布，拟先旧后新配售逾1.01亿股，占现有已发行股本约16.14%及扩大后已发行股本约13.9%，配售价为每股14.9港元，较7月24日收市价17.6港元折让约15.34%，所得款项净额为14.89亿港元。同时，集团按每股14.9港元，向WK Triangulum Investment 及Brand Wisdom，分别配售263.35万及671.05万股新股，合计集资净额为约1.39亿港元。另外，主要股东刘帅根据特别授权，拟按每股14.9港元认购最多4751.8万股，筹集净额近7.08亿港元。
合计所得款项总额估计约23.55亿港元，所得净额预计达23.36亿港元，当中约50%用作战略性收购，约30%用作全球业务及新业务举措的发展(包括支付及稳定币举措)，及约20%用作集团的一般用途。
