格隆汇7月28日丨第四范式(06682.HK)发布公告，2025年7月27日，第四范式国际有限公司(“第四范式国际”)(公司的间接全资附属公司)与九鞅科技有限公司(“九鞅科技”)订立合资协议，内容有关(其中包括)成立合资企业范钛科技有限公司。合资企业将主要从事金融科技服务。于成立时，合资企业将由第四范式国际及九鞅科技分别持有51%和49%的股权，其财务业绩将并入集团综合财务报表中。
第四范式国际与九鞅科技成立合资企业，是基于当前稳定币市场发展的关键机遇与核心需求。随着香港《稳定币条例》实施和全球监管框架完善，稳定币正迎来合规化发展的新阶段。集团和九鞅科技的战略合作将集团领先的AI技术与九鞅科技在固收领域的专业经验深度融合，并将创造显著价值：短期可快速推出“合规+组合管理”SaaS方案，助力机构满足监管要求；中期共建评级体系和API服务，推动行业标准化；长期将打造国家级技术底座，支持数字人民币等战略项目。通过设立合资企业，集团将推动稳定币生态的基础设施建设，更将拓展AI在金融领域的创新应用。
