公司拟成立名为“American BNB Strategy”（美国 BNB 策略）的子公司，主导其数字资产投资与管理计划。通过这一平台，Liminatus 计划分阶段筹集并部署高达 5 亿美元资金，目标是对 BNB 进行战略性长期投资。
