白宫原定于 7 月 22 日发布的加密货币政策报告已推迟至 7 月 30 日，预计不会包含实质性政策内容，因其发布时点接近国会夏季休会。此外，政府目前更优先推进以稳定币为核心、与美债挂钩的《GENIUS 法案》，反映出数字资产在宏观金融结构中的战略地位正不断上升。
Matrixport 警告，随着夏季平静期来临及市场动能减弱，杠杆多头将面临解平仓风险，尤其是以太坊未平仓合约从 140 亿美元飙升至 250 亿美元，而资金费率上涨也推高了持仓成本。在缺乏持续上涨动力的背景下，信心可能动摇，市场将进入主导性夏季盘整期。
