A fire broke out in one of Mewah International's (SGX:MV4) facilities in Indonesia, operated by 70%-owned subsidiary Agro Raya Mas, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down nearly 2% in recent trading.
The site team and local emergency services quickly addressed the fire. The company is now conducting a detailed assessment of the damage, insurance coverage and recovery timeline.
