智通财经APP讯，巨星传奇(06683)公布，于2025年7月25日(交易时段后)，该公司、卖方(公司执行董事、首席财务官及主要股东赖国辉)及配售代理订立配售及认购协议，卖方拟透过配售代理出售3752.45万股现有股份，每股配售价9.13港元;及该公司拟向卖方发行3752.45万股认购股份，每股认购价9.13港元，较股份于2025年7月25日在联交所所报收市价每股股份11.40港元折让约19.91%。
假设认购股份获悉数配售，净筹约3.24亿港元，约38.2%用于扩展零售渠道网络(包括自动贩卖机及智能机械设备);约12.4%用于开发IP实体店(包括周同学实体店及与其他头部IP合作商店);约18.5%用作IP投流费用;约6.8%用于投资公司将来合作的文娱体育设施;约14.1%用于IP展览;及约10.0%用作一般营运资金及其他一般企业用途。
