Metaspacex (HKG:1796) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chongqing Bihe New Energy Technology to explore opportunities in China's renewable energy sector, according to a July 25 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the company were down over 3% in Monday's recent trade.
The two parties plan to jointly pursue hydrogen energy storage projects and expand cooperation based on market conditions.
Metaspacex said the move is part of its strategy to diversify operations and income sources.
