路透布鲁塞尔7月28日 - 欧盟执委会周一称，中国跨境电商平台Temu违反了欧盟规则，没有采取足够措施防止非法产品通过其平台销售。
欧盟执委会表示，欧盟的调查结果最终可能导致对Temu处以高达其全球年营业额 6% 的罚款。
欧盟执委会在一份关于 Temu 的声明中说："证据显示，欧盟消费者在该平台上遇到非法产品的风险很高。”
"具体而言，对神秘购物活动的分析发现，在 Temu 上购物的消费者很有可能在其出售的产品中发现不合规的产品，如婴儿玩具和小型电子产品。”
该机构表示，Temu 的风险评估不充分，因为它是基于一般的行业信息，而不是基于其平台的具体情况。
欧盟执委会表示，如果执委会的初步调查结果最终得到证实，Temu 将被认定违反了《数字服务法》。
“这样的决定可能会导致对该平台处以最高达其全球年营业总额 6% 的罚款，并责令该平台采取措施解决违规问题，”它说。
欧盟发言人表示，Temu 可以在未来几周内对欧盟的调查结果做出回应，但没有给出确切的截止日期。
Temu发言人说，该公司将继续与“充分配合”欧盟执委会”。
欧盟执委会表示，调查结果只涉及欧盟正在对 Temu 进行的更广泛调查的一个方面。
Temu 还涉嫌违反欧盟有关使用令人上瘾的设计功能、其推荐系统的透明度和研究人员获取数据的规定。（完）
