汇丰经济学家Ryan Wang在研究报告中指出，美联储在本月政策会议上大概率将维持基准利率不变，这将是其连续第五次按下暂停键。不过在本月底利率决议前，政策制定者就短期政策路径仍存分歧。

　　值得注意的是，本次利率决议可能伴随至少一票异议——美联储理事克里斯托弗·沃勒（Christopher Waller）已公开表态支持在七月开启降息周期。

　　此外，汇丰报告强调，鲍威尔主席或将在记者会上面临有关央行政策独立性的尖锐质询。
