7 月 23 日，富池海事处刘珅副处长带领一线执法人员登上富池锚地锚泊的 LNG 船 “国祥 XXX”，开展实地观摩培训活动。通过 “零距离” 研学，为绿色航运安全监管注入专业动能。

登船后，执法人员首先聆听了该船轮机长的系统讲解。轮机长从 LNG 船舶的燃料特性、建造流程与工艺、全流程安全管控等方面进行了深度解析，重点阐述了船舶运行中的风险防控要点和安全管理规范，同时详细介绍了 LNG 船舶的特殊构造及对应的安全规范，强调了监管工作中细节把控的关键意义。

在甲板区域，执法人员依次参观了货控室、消防设施等核心装备，现场察看了 LNG 船舶特有的 “多重防护屏障” 系统。通过直观感受和实操讲解，执法人员对新能源船舶的安全保障体系有了更清晰的认知，为提升 LNG 船舶监管能力积累了宝贵经验。

据了解，富池海事处将以此次活动为契机，常态化推进 “登船学规范、对标查短板” 系列活动，持续提升执法队伍的专业监管水平，着力打造既懂规则又通技术的复合型执法团队，为绿色航运高质量发展筑牢安全防线。
