快科技7月27日消息，日前，小米玄戒多名员工在社交平台晒出自己收到的玄戒O1旗舰处理器创始纪念品。
该款纪念品铝板上刻着芯片设计图，中间嵌有玄戒O1芯片。
同时，还有小米CEO雷军为小米玄戒员工写的一段话。
雷军表示，作为小米首款高端旗舰SoC，也是中国大陆首颗3nm先进制程的自研SoC，玄戒O1已经雄辩地宣告，经历4年多日夜奋战，我们已经站在了全球SoC研发的最前列。
雷军还祝贺大家：“中国芯片史上已经刻下了各位的成就。”
据了解，制程工艺数值越低，意味着晶体管集成度越高、性能越强。
在3nm制程工艺节点，晶体管尺寸逼近物理极限，不仅技术难度大，而且对产品规模生态要求高，全球不少科技巨头在此折戟。
据小米介绍，自研芯片战略已经开启10年，并在2021年正式重启大芯片SoC的研发，四年多时间花费135亿终于产出成果，今年还会投入60亿。
玄戒O1芯片面积109mm²，拥有190亿晶体管，达到世界第一梯队的性能水平。
CPU采用10核4丛集架构，配备两颗Arm Cortex-X925超大核，四颗A725性能大核、两颗低频A725能效大核和两颗A520超级能效核心。
GPU采用最新Immortalis-G925 16核图形处理器，支持动态性能调度技术。
