数字人民币必须突破传统观念，尽快调整前期确定的 M0 与零售型定位，借鉴稳定币技术与模式，优先加快数字人民币国际版（可以与国内版区分）建设，聚焦跨境和国际支付清算，在效率和成本等方面尽快实现对美元稳定币的赶超。将数字货币与数字身份融合，完全可能形成新的国际优势，推动中国在数字货币、数字金融、数字经济发展上实现世界领先。
