智通财经APP获悉，光伏股午后跌幅扩大，截至发稿，彩虹新能源(00438)跌6.22%，报2.26港元；信义玻璃(00868)跌4.76%，报8.41港元；新特能源(01799)跌2.1%，报6.99港元；福莱特玻璃(06865)跌1.28%，报10.82港元。
消息面上，周一，多晶硅主力合约触及跌停，报47750元/吨。国家能源局近日发布1-6月份全国电力工业统计数据显示，6月太阳能发电新增装机量为14.36GW，同比下降38%，相较于5月的92.92GW，环比大幅回落85%，呈现断崖式下跌；欧洲光伏协会近日发布年中分析预测，预计2025年欧盟新增太阳能装机将为64.2GW，同比下降1.4%，这可能将是自2015年以来欧盟光伏新增装机首次出现负增长。
国泰海通证券此前指出，430新政下分布式光伏量价皆不保，盈利不确定性大幅增加，过去“装好电站等收钱”的躺赚模式彻底终结。531新政出台，推动新能源全面进入市场交易，从目前新能源参与市场化交易的结算电价看，普遍较燃煤基准价大幅折价，预计新能源全面入市后结算电价或将进一步下降。该行认为新能源新政带来的未来现金流确定性下降，将有望促使新能源装机开始下降，2024年将可能成为历史新能源装机的大顶。
