Ichigo Hotel REIT Buys Two Properties for 5.7 Billion Yen

Ichigo Hotel REIT Investment (TYO:3463) is acquiring Smile Hotel Miyakojima and Hotel Enoe Toyama for 5.7 billion yen, below their combined appraisal value of 6.64 billion yen, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The Okinawa property was acquired the same day for 2.3 billion yen. The Toyama asset will be acquired on August 29 for 3.4 billion yen using cash and a loan.

Both hotels are managed by K.K. Hospitality Operations under pass-through leases.
