Shanghai Fudan Forward S&T (SHA:600624) decided to terminate its plan to acquire 28% of Fuhua Longzhang Health Technology (Shanghai), according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Saturday.
The software developer and biomedicine company's shares fell less than 2% during Monday's afternoon trade.
The decision was made because the potential transferee did not pay the deposit during the public listing period.
