ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cryptonews 报道，俄罗斯公共商会成员兼政策制定者 Yevgeny Masharov 表示，当局应被赋予没收非法或准合法比特币矿工的加密货币的权力。Masharov 认为，这一提议将通过“使非法挖矿无利可图”来阻止“灰色”矿工。
Masharov 表示，诸多地区非法矿工给他们的电网带来巨大压力，如果该提议被接受，俄罗斯各地区，“特别是那些能源短缺的地区，将会松一口气”。
