Astute Metals (ASX:ASE) said assays from a diamond drilling campaign at its Red Mountain lithium project in Nevada intersected wide zones of lithium mineralization, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company intersected mineralization of 62.4 meters at 1,210 parts per million grade of lithium or 0.6% grade of lithium carbonate-equivalent from 152.2 meters, the filing said.
The firm plans to design and execute a drilling campaign to support a maiden mineral resource estimate, which is planned for delivery by the end of the year.
