招商证券国际发布研报称，7月15日吉利汽车与极氪签署合并协议，收购其尚未持有的全部极氪股份，极氪私有化完成后将退市。该行估计，极氪Pre-IPO的投资者多为产业基金或战略合作企业，考虑当前港股公司高增长但估值偏低，大概率选择换股以此获得更好的提升价值机会。仅有少量上市后买入的投资者选择或现金，因此对吉利账面现金影响极为有限。公司近期逆势上调年销量目标至300万辆，彰显公司长线发展信心。该行认为，公司仍有可能超预期完成300万辆的销售目标。
海通国际指出，公司2025年上半年汽车销量达140.9万辆，下半年新品发布节奏加快，该行预计2025年销量将保持大幅度提升，并有望超公司上调后300万辆的销量指引。预计2025-2027年公司汽车交付量为311/356/400万辆，新能源渗透率56%/57%/65%。
