消息面上，中国中药发布盈警，预计上半年溢利净额将较2024年同期下降165%-175%。主要因中药配方颗粒业务受集采业务占比增加、市场竞争加剧等影响，收入规模及盈利能力下降；及中药配方颗粒业务经营财报不达预期，就业务资产组进一步计提商誉减值。
董事会强调，上述计提商誉减值属非现金性质，乃为使集团财政状况未来可取得改善而采取的必要措施。上述减值对集团现金流量或业务及生产营运并无任何影响。若扣除商誉减值的影响，预计集团本期仍有盈利，但较2024年同期同比下降50%-60%。
