7月27日WAIC现场，京东何晓冬博士在接受界面新闻等媒体采访时表示：“现在每家都有一辆车，未来也许每家都会有一个人形机器人；机器狗的数量可能乘以三，其他形态可能更多，甚至会有大机器人带小机器人；未来的空间几乎是无限的。”

为帮助机器人企业与消费者流畅沟通，京东在WAIC上发布了附身智能品牌JoyInside，并宣布与数十家主流机器人品牌达成合作，包括被外界视为“AI版labubu”的Fuzozo，教育机器人火火兔、心大陆，产业领域的众擎、云深处等。
