　　7月27日，少林寺管理处发布情况通报，少林寺住持释永信涉嫌刑事犯罪，挪用侵占项目资金寺院资产；严重违反佛教戒律，长期与多名女性保持不正当关系并育有私生子。目前正在接受多部门联合调查。有关情况将及时向社会公布。

　　企查查APP显示，释永信共关联8家企业（5家已注销、吊销），3家为在业存续状态，分别为郑州市佛教协会、河南省佛教协会、中国嵩山少林寺。当前释永信在中国嵩山少林寺任法定代表人职务，中国嵩山少林寺共对外投资5家企业（2家已注销），包括河南少林无形资产管理有限公司、登封少林功夫传习有限公司、登封少林药局有限公司，控制企业共17家。
