智通财经APP获悉，中生制药(01177)再涨超6%，年内累计涨幅已近130%。截至发稿，涨6.2%，报7.19港元，成交额10.14亿港元。
消息面上，中国生物制药公布，全资附属公司礼新医药自主研发的创新药LM-350“CDH17ADC”已获得美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)的新药临床试验(IND)批件。据悉，中生制药7月15日宣布，以超5亿美元净额收购礼新医药近95.09%股份。中银国际发表研报称，考虑到礼新医药多项资产在全球市场拥有一定潜力，预期中生制药有1至2宗授权交易变得更具可见性。
华创证券则指出，公司围绕肿瘤、呼吸、肝病和外科/镇痛四大领域全面创新，公司优质管线有望分享全球价值，预计BD交易自2025年起有望成为公司的经常性收入和利润来源，开启业绩第二增长曲线。肿瘤领域，CDK2/4/6抑制剂、HER2双表位ADC、JAK/ROCK等10个品种进入注册临床；呼吸领域多元布局，目前IL-4Rα单抗、TSLP单抗、PDE3/4抑制剂、ROCK2抑制剂已进入III期临床，ST2单抗等处于II期。
