智通财经APP讯，富石金融(02263)公布，公司的间接全资附属公司佳富达证券有限公司已于2025年7月25日向香港证券及期货事务监察委员会提交申请，旨在根据证券及期货条例(香港法例第571章)第1类(证券交易)受规管活动牌照以中介人身份提供虚拟资产交易及╱或咨询服务。
董事会预期，在申请获批后，佳富达证券将透过综合帐户安排提供虚拟资产交易服务;及透过介绍合资格客户至持有证监会牌照的虚拟资产交易平台进行直接交易来提供虚拟资产交易服务。
鉴于全球虚拟资产的快速发展以及近年香港政府的支持立场，董事会认为，在获得必要的监管批准后，佳富达证券拓展业务至虚拟资产相关服务符合公司的策略，为本集团客户提供更多元化的产品及服务范围。董事会亦相信，其将为集团创造机会，促进各业务线之间的协同效应，从而扩大现有的收益来源并为集团探索新的收益渠道。因此，董事认为，集团透过提交申请进军虚拟资产相关服务符合集团及其股东的最佳利益。
