　　荣丰亿控股（03683）发布公告，公司董事会注意到，公司股份于2025年7月25日出现的价格下跌及成交量上升情况（该等波动）。因应相关情况就公司作出可能属合理的查询后，董事会确认，除下文所披露者外，概不知悉导致该等波动的任何原因，或为避免公司证券出现虚假市场而必须公布的任何资料，或根据内幕消息条文须予披露的任何内幕消息。

　　经董事会作出适当查询后，公司获主席兼执行董事林群通知，由于耀丰投资有限公司（耀丰，林群所控制的公司）的股票经纪发出补缴保证金通知，而耀丰未能补足保证金账户的短欠金额，总数745.2万股股份（即耀丰于设有保证金融资的证券交易账户内持有的部分股份，占公司已发行股本总额约0.78%）于 2025年7月25日因强制出售而于市场上被出售。
