ChainCatcher 消息，北京市海淀区人民检察院近日成功侦破一起利用比特币进行洗钱的重大职务侵占案。据通报，该案涉案金额高达 1.4 亿元人民币（约 2000 万美元），犯罪团伙主要成员为国内知名短视频平台快手的员工。
调查显示，犯罪嫌疑人通过 8 家海外加密货币交易所和混币服务转移非法所得，试图掩盖资金流向。经过技术追踪，执法部门成功追回 92 枚比特币（时值约 1170 万美元），并已返还受害企业。主犯冯某及其 7 名同伙因职务侵占罪被判处 3 至 14 年不等有期徒刑，并处相应罚金。
