智通财经APP讯，合景泰富集团(01813)发布公告，自2025年7月25日起，(1)孔健岷先生已辞任公司根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条的规定之授权代表之一;及(2)陈健威先生已辞任公司根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部及上市规则第19.05(2)条的规定之(i)公司秘书;(ii)授权代表之一;及(iii)代表公司接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表的职务，乃由于孔健岷先生希望专注于公司执行董事及主席的职务以及陈健威先生希望专注于本集团财务副总监的职务。
自2025年7月25日起，(1)执行董事蔡风佳先生已获委任为授权代表，以代替孔健岷先生;及(2)集团财务经理及助理公司秘书陈思贤先生已获委任为(i)公司秘书;(ii)授权代表;及(iii)法律程序代理人，以代替陈健威先生。
