WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. and PARIS, July 28, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Affiliated Managers Group Inc. $(AMG.UK)$ has announced a strategic partnership with Montefiore Investment, a leading European private equity firm with €5 billion in assets under management. Under the agreement, AMG will acquire a minority equity interest in Montefiore, allowing AMG to expand its participation in global private markets. Montefiore will maintain a substantial majority of its equity and full control of its operations. This partnership is set to enhance Montefiore's capabilities and alignments with clients while leveraging AMG's strategic expertise. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2025, pending customary conditions.
