澳洲红酒公司Australian Vintage Ltd (ASX股票代码:AVG) 股价异动，周三飙涨20.88%。

自一周前宣布弃租葡萄园以落实减库存策略以来，Australian Vintage股价上扬近40%。

AVG最新价0.11澳元，已发行股本3.29亿股，市值3624万澳元。截止上年末公司账面现金结余469万澳元。

AVG 7月16日宣布提前结束维州Millewa葡萄园的长期租赁合同，以减少需求过剩葡萄品种的产量，该举措将产生超过800万澳元的相对净现金流收益。

AVG正处于转型的早期阶段，AVG表示2026财年是集团的转型年，公司将聚焦扭转销售额下滑势头并加速产生自由现金流。

4月底Australian Vintage新任首席执行官Tom Dusseldorp走马上任，他将带领公司推广创新酒类品牌Poco Vino和 Lemsecco，加速驱动业绩增长并努力实现在三年内降低净债务的目标。

中报显示，AVG前半财年营收下降7.4%，至1.26亿澳元，录得净亏损47.3万澳元。
