Piedmont Lithium (ASX:PLL) said it expects its proposed merger agreement with Sayona Mining (ASX:SYA) to be effective by Aug. 12, subject to shareholder approval, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Shares of Piedmont fell past 2% in recent Friday trade.
