ESR REIT (SGX:9A4U) completed an asset enhancement initiative at 16 Tai Seng Street, Singapore, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Shares of the REIT were up over 1% in recent trading.
Under the initiative, the company created an additional 2,793 square meters of industrial space, taking the gross floor area to 22,800 square meters.
The enhancements were designed to provide tenants with a more efficient and sustainable environment.
