智通财经APP讯，亚东集团(01795)发布公告，于2025年7月25日，公司拟向卖方Wang Jinjing女士购买目标公司Brilliant Textile Pte. Ltd.全部已发行股本，总代价为890万美元。

目标公司为于新加坡注册成立的有限公司，主要从事投资控股及相关顾问服务。

Amazing Ecotech 为于越南注册成立的有限公司，主要从事生产及销售灯芯绒及平纹布。Amazing Ecotech目前由目标公司及IGM Textile Group Pte. Ltd( 独立第三方)分别拥有75%及25%权益。

考虑到目标集团的财务状况以及该土地的使用权由Amazing Ecotech(由目标公司拥有75%权益的公司)持有直至2082年4月22日止，公司相信目标公司具增长潜力，而收购目标公司符合公司及股东的整体利益。

该土地包括两幅位于越南VSIP Quan Ngai Industrial Park的土地，总建筑面积约为12万平方米，指定作工业用途。

展望未来，公司暂计划于该土地上自设生产设施。
