申通快递公告，全资子公司申通快递有限公司拟以现金方式收购浙江菜鸟供应链管理有限公司、杭州阿里创业投资有限公司、阿里巴巴（中国）网络技术有限公司所持有的浙江丹鸟物流科技有限公司100%股权，交易对价为3.62亿元。本次交易已经公司第六届董事会第十二次会议审议通过，无需提交股东大会审议。交易对方为公司关联方，本次交易构成关联交易，但不构成《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》规定的重大资产重组。
