于本公布日期，该公司持有7046万股百福股份，占百福现有已发行股本约4.46%。公司正考虑可能于一项或多项市场交易中按最低价每股百福股份0.80港元出售部分或全部该等股份，有关价格较百福股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.97港元折让约17.5%。
