经董事会于2025年7月25日召开会议审议通过，公司聘任以下高级管理人员：谭建鑫先生担任总裁，陆阳先生、卢盛欣先生、班泽锋先生及郭艳旬先生担任副总裁，刘涛先生担任总会计师，及班泽锋先生担任董事会秘书。
此外，王涛先生、郭英军先生及林涛博士的任期于第五届董事会届满时届满。于临时股东会结束时， 王涛先生退任公司非执行董事，及战略与投资委员会委员职务;郭英军先生退任公司独立非执行董事，及提名委员会主任及审计委员会及薪酬与考核委员会委员职务;及林涛博士退任公司独立非执行董事，及薪酬与考核委员会主任及提名委员会委员职务。
