智通财经APP讯，协同通信(01613)发布公告，于2025年7月25日(交易时段后)，卖方Sense Field Group Limited(公司间接非全资附属公司)与买方国创金融有限公司订立协议，据此，卖方同意出售及买方同意收购待售股份，占目标公司MOX Group Limited已发行股本约66.67%，代价为250万港元。于完成后，目标公司及其附属公司将不再为公司的附属公司。
公告称，出售事项将减轻集团与目标集团负债净额状况约572.7万港元有关的财务负担，因此加强其整体财务状况。尤其是，集团将可解除目标集团于2025年5月31日约4375.7万港元银行贷款的债务责任。此外，目标集团于过往数年的财务表现未达预期，收益及盈利能力持续偏低及下降。往后，出售事项将可让集团将其资源重新分配至增长潜力及盈利能力较强的业务分部，从而优化营运效率及支持长远战略目标。
