IT之家 7 月 25 日消息，华尔街日报今天（7 月 25 日）发布博文，报道称在周三晚间与华尔街的电话会议上，马斯克表示，特斯拉的未来并不完全取决于电动汽车销量，鼓励投资者看好公司的自动驾驶出租车和机器人业务。

在特斯拉公布第二财季利润下降 16%、收入下滑 12% 后，其股价周四收盘下跌 8.2%。占特斯拉第二财季收入近四分之三的汽车业务收入下降了 16%。

IT之家援引博文介绍，面对特斯拉全球汽车销量下滑的负面影响，在本次会议中，马斯克轻描淡写地带过了公司利润损失，强调特斯拉目前正处于转型关键期，鼓励投资者忽略当前糟糕的财务状况，关注特斯拉自动驾驶出租车和机器人方面的最新成就。

马斯克给投资者打气称：“很多唱反调的人曾说我们无法实现自动驾驶，但现在我们已取得了明显、可证明的进展，那些唱反调的人现在都颜面扫地了”。

此外为了进一步推进和普及自动驾驶，马斯克表示将会在今年年底前，基于畅销的 Model Y，推出低成本车型。

马斯克说：“我们需要实体产品，没有它就无法实现自动驾驶。但一旦你有了实体产品，自动驾驶技术可将价值放大到惊人的高度。”
