杨宇成先生及张正辉博士已获委任为公司独立非执行董事，自2025年7月25日起生效。
随白女士和哈先生辞职后，白女士不再担任公司审核委员会、公司提名委员会及公司薪酬委员会的成员。哈先生亦不再担任薪酬委员会主席及审核委员会成员。自2025年7月25日起，杨先生已获委任为薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会及提名委员会成员，张博士已获委任为审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员。此外，执行董事刘楚君女士已获委任为提名委员会成员，自2025年7月25日起生效。
